Citizenship is an eminent example of the dynamic development of European constitutional
concepts. From a status to which the member states wished not to
attach any significant directly effective new rights, the Court of Justice has declared
European citizenship to be ‘the fundamental status of nationals of the member
states’ (Grzelczyck) and has given one of the prime citizenship rights, the freedom
to reside in member states, direct effect. This development and in particular the
interplay between constitutional developments at European Union and at national
level regarding citizenship deserve reflection. We focus on the extent to
which citizenship constitutes an exclusive bond with a political community which
distinguishes those who are its members from those who are not.
We have demonstrated that X-ray scattering is an excellent
probe of the internal 3D structure of cp and non-cp colloidal
PCs with lattice spacings of the order of a micrometer. For example, using this advanced scattering technique, we have
found that the 3D structure of non-cp colloidal crystals can be
significantly altered in going from dried to silicon-infiltrated
crystals. Furthermore, for the first time, we have performed a
comparison of both real-space and reciprocal-space 3D structural
data of similar colloidal crystals. Up until now, we
have only considered the position and the intensity of the
diffraction peaks. The microradian resolution of our X-ray
diffraction setup also allows accurate determination of the

De praktische insteek van dit onderzoek zal geen
kwantitatieve analyse opleveren, maar zal inzicht geven in de communicatieve taak, in
effecten van Corrective Feedback en in de reacties van jonge, beginnende tweede
taalleerders. Hierbij zijn de volgende onderzoeksvragen opgesteld:
I. Stuurt de taak in een zodanige richting dat de leerling wordt gepusht de target
structuur te gebruiken, dat wil zeggen ‘task-essentialness’?
II. Wordt de Corrective Feedback door de leerder waargenomen (noticing) en verwerkt
(uptake) in zijn/haar output?
III. Zo ja, welk type Corrective Feedback (partial recast of metalinguïstische feedback)
laat een beter resultaat zien bij de leerder in het gebruik van de target structuur?
IV. Is er verschil tussen beginnende en gevorderde leerders binnen dezelfde
communicatie taak met de typen Corrective Feedback?
Main urinary bacterial metabolites of phenylalanine (total benzoic and phenylacetic acids) and of tyrosine (total p-hydroxybenzoic acid and p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid) were determined by gas chromatography in controls and patients with cystic ubrosis of the pancreas, coeliac disease, intestinal resection and unclassified enteritis. In various patients, especially in the untreated coeliacs, high amounts of one or more of the abovementioned metabolites were found. In this paper results in controls and patients are presented and discussed.
In the early months of 2003, when the American invasion Iraq was being prepared, it looked as if the Kurds
were willing to consider re-integration in a remade, democratic post-Saddam Iraq. The American planners of

This paper integrates requirement scheduling issues into software release
planning. Two integer linear programming models are presented—the first
model can schedule the development of the requirements for the new release
exactly in time so that the project span is minimized and the resource and
precedence constraints are satisfied. The second model is for combined requirement
selection and scheduling and it can not only maximize revenue but
also calculates an on-time-delivery project schedule simultaneously. We also
run two simulations to examine the influence of precedence constraints and
compare the differences of the traditional prioritization models and the two new
